Noni works through a structured voting process called pair voting. It starts with your team generating ideas. When voting begins, two ideas are randomly selected for comparison. After a discussion of their pros and cons, everyone votes for the one they prefer. The winning idea is then compared with another randomly selected idea, and the process continues until one final idea emerges as the winner.
This method promotes equal participation, encourages thoughtful discussion, and helps the team build a shared understanding of why the final idea stands out.

“No niin” has multiple meanings in Finnish. One of them is “Noni, se on siinä,” which means, “That’s it, we have the result.” This aligns with the decision-making process where you ideate, select the best option, and conclude with “Noni, that’s it!”
