Data collection and processing
On our website, we collect the following personal data sent by visitors:
- Name
- Email address
- Discussions in chat and the personal data given in them
- Answers in the contact form and the personal data given in them
- Job applications
We use Google Analytics, Olark chatbot, and Leadfeeder to collect visitor information from those who accept cookies. Analytics data is not combined with personal data.
Google reCAPTCHA is in use on our contact form which is provided by Pipedrive.
We collect data for the provision of our services, marketing, and customer communication, recruitment, and the development of our online services.
The data is collected in two registers.
- ATR Soft Oy’s jobseeker register (job applications)
- ATR Soft Oy’s customer and marketing register (all other personal data sent through web pages)
Data collected in the customer and marketing register is kept for as long as it is needed in order to manage the customer- and/or marketing relationship, after which it is deleted. In principle, job applications are kept until the end of the application process, and open applications are deleted once a year.
Receipt, disclosure and checking of data
In ATR, data is processed only by those persons whose job duties include it. We do not disclose the personal data we collect to third parties except when it is mandatory for invoicing or other similar activities.
You have the right to check and correct your incorrect personal data in our registers. If you want to check, change or delete your personal data from our registers, please contact the controller.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file that a website saves on the visitor’s browser and sends information to the administrator when the visitor returns. We use cookies to analyze the number of visitors to our site and their behavior.
When you visit the site for the first time, we will ask for your consent to use cookies.
